Tangible Health Improvements
Since joining the program nearly four years ago, Todd has seen measurable results. “My muscle mass has increased, which is unusual for my age, and my visceral fat has gone down,” he notes. “My blood work has improved, too.”
Sleep has also been a major area of improvement. “I’ve always been a light sleeper, but using the Oura Ring and learning about sleep hygiene has been a game changer,” Todd says. “I now understand what factors impact my sleep, like avoiding food after 7 PM, sticking to a routine and giving myself time to wind down before bed. It used to take me an hour and a half to shut my mind off at night, but now I have a process that helps me sleep much better.”
A Commitment to Lifelong Health
For Todd, the Vitality program is about setting himself up for a future filled with the things he loves. “My dad always told me to travel as much as I could before I was too old to enjoy it,” Todd recalls. “That stuck with me. I want to be able to keep doing the things I love for as long as possible.”
Thanks to Elevé’s Vitality program, Todd and Camille have the tools, knowledge and support they need to continue living life to the fullest.
Bringing Functional Medicine to IncredibleBank’s Executive Team
Todd’s story is unique in that he brought that same personal wellness mindset to his executive team at IncredibleBank. Understanding that leadership sets the tone for workplace culture, he saw an opportunity to integrate wellness into the company’s core values.
The Executive Program at Elevé became a key part of that vision. One of the most notable successes came last year when an executive lost a significant amount of weight in preparation for his son’s wedding. More than just a short-term goal, he committed to maintaining his progress and has successfully kept the weight off. Other executives have embraced the program in ways that best fit their own lives, creating a culture where wellness is prioritized.
While the impact isn’t easily measured in numbers, Todd sees the results in focus, engagement and overall energy within the leadership team. At least six executives have participated so far, not because it’s required, but because they believe in it.
At IncredibleBank, the message is clear: family and health come first. “When leaders live by that philosophy, the entire organization benefits,” Todd shares.
